Terms and Conditions

All new clients will be asked to pay a £20  NON REFUNDABLE booking fee which is TRANSFERABLE ONCE if more than 48 hours is given.

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel your allocated slot with little
or no notice you prevent someone else from being able to fill that appointment, Therefore, we kindly-request that as a matter of courtesy you provide us with at
least 48 hours notice.


If less than 48hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of your appointment balance. If you have paid a booking fee, this will be lost and a new fee will be required before you can rebook.


If less than 24hours notice is given, you will be charged 100% of your appointment balance, if you have paid a booking fee, this will be lost and the remaining balance will be required to be paid before any future bookings can take place.


I will always try to be as fair as possible, as I understand sometimes life happens but I also need to protect my business & income, Last minute slots often cannot be
filled and have a massive effect on me being a small business.


Please note, no shows/multiple cancellations will result in no further bookings being taken without full payment upfront, which will be non refundable or transferable.
